The following are a list of rules by which the site will be moderated.

If you decide to use this forum to advertise your site(s) and services, please ensure you have a recipricol link a moderator can easily verify.

The posting of offensive, racist, sexist or generally uncomplimentary comments on threads is not permitted. The general rule here is… if you cannot post a positive comment on a thread then move on to another thread.

Do not post any images which you do not have permission to post or which are copyright to another person or site

The Posting of any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or which otherwise violates any law is not permitted.

Do not post any images which contain images children or persons under the age of 18yrs old (21yrs in some Countries). Users to this site are logged and anyone found to be violating this rule will be reported to their Internet Provider and the Authorities.

Do not post your pictures on someone else’s thread without being invited to do so. This is called ‘Hijacking’ and your posts/pictures will be deleted.

Do not post comments in UPPER CASE TEXT, on the net this is the same as shouting and is poor etiquette in forums and chat rooms… in most cases on posts the odd word in upper case to provide emphasis has been left but this will cease from the publication of these rules and any posts found to contain words in uppercase text after this date will be deleted. If you wish to place emphasis on a comment then use bold text and not upper case text

Quality Assurance. When posting pictures to the site please try the advice given below, it’s not an exhaustive list but just few pointers which have been seen to make a difference to responses given to your posts. These will give you the greatest opportunity of getting the thread viewed and commented on.

Image Size. Try to post images of a suitable size for the site. Images preferably should be at a very minimum 640 x 480 and preferably between 800 x 600 and 1600 x 1200. It is notable that threads which contain poor quality or images which are ‘postage stamp’ size get very few comments and become obsolete and drop down the thread lists very quickly.

Image Quality. Avoid posting images which are blurred or of poor quality. Over sizing images will create blur or pixelation, this too tends to result in diminished commenting and the thread becoming quickly obsolete. Webcam pictures are widely used but unless the webcam is very good quality the pictures which result tend to be quite disappointing.

Be realistic. You are not going to get hundreds of comments if you post only a couple of pictures. Threads with pictures which are posted and then left un-serviced by the thread starter become stagnant within a day or two… However if you continue to add a couple of pictures each day then the comments continue and the thread can build into many many pages…
